RETURNS

If you change your mind about your piece, METABIJOUX will happily provide a refund, excluding the shipping costs. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your piece.

To organise a return, please email customer care at info@metabijoux.com.au, quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.

• Post the item back within the 14 days, in its original condition.
• We’ll check that’s all in order, and process the refund ASAP via your original payment method.

Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. METABIJOUX will not accept any pieces when:

• A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
• If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above.
